| Standard | Scope |
|---|---|
| ASME B16.5 | NPS ½–24 pipe flanges & flanged fittings |
| ASME B16.47 Series A | Large-diameter flanges, NPS 26–60 |
| ASME B16.47 Series B | Large-diameter flanges, alternate series |
| ASME B16.48 | Line blanks / spectacle blinds |
| MSS SP-44 | Large-diameter steel pipe flanges |
Pressure classes we manufacture to:
Forged and butt-weld fittings in carbon steel, mild steel and project-specific ASTM grades.
Elbows, tees, reducers, caps, couplings, nipples, unions, bushings and crosses.
Butt-weld fittings to ASTM A234 for standard and high-temperature service.
Low-temperature carbon steel fittings to ASTM A420 WPL6.
Forged elbows, tees, couplings, unions, caps, bushings and plugs to ASTM A105.
Solid steel bars for machining, fasteners, shafts and structural fabrication.
Hot-rolled & cold-drawn.

Structural & fabrication grade.
Peeled, polished & ground.
Pre-fabricated to isometric drawings, bills of materials and project welding/inspection requirements.
Typical pipe spool fabrication workflow:
Backing ring flanges are supplied for stub-end assemblies, welded joints and large-diameter piping where a separate backing component supports alignment and connection — built to outside/inside diameter, thickness, bolt-hole pattern and material grade specified.

Common questions from USA buyers sourcing flanges, pipe fittings, round bars and pipe spools.
ASTM A105 is a general-purpose forged carbon steel grade for ambient and higher-temperature pressure piping. A350 LF2 is intended for specified low-temperature service. A694 covers high-yield-strength flanges (grades F42–F70) used in high-pressure oil, gas and pipeline applications. The correct grade depends on design temperature, pressure and the governing project specification.
SS 304/304L is a general-purpose austenitic stainless grade. SS 316/316L adds molybdenum for improved resistance to chlorides and marine or chemical environments. SS 321/347 are stabilized grades used where elevated-temperature service and resistance to intergranular corrosion after welding are required.
Slip-on, weld neck, blind, threaded, socket weld, lap joint, orifice, long weld neck, spectacle blind and spade/spacer flanges, machined to raised face (RF), flat face (FF) or ring type joint (RTJ) facing, in Class 150 through 2500.
Yes. Carbon steel, mild steel, A234 WPB/WPC, A420 WPL6 and A105 forged pipe fittings are available in the same material grades and dimensional standards as our flange range, including elbows, tees, reducers, caps and couplings.
Yes. Pipe spools are fabricated from customer isometric drawings and bills of materials, including cutting, fit-up, welding, dimensional inspection, NDT and hydrostatic testing where specified, before coating, marking and dispatch.
