ASTM A519 Grade also covers several alloy and carbon steel seamless mechanical piping and tubing grades. The standard ASME SA519 is also acceptable in the manufacturing of pipes. It is manufactured by hot working and then cold finishing the steel into rectangle, square, round, or special shapes. AISI 4130 pipe is made of Grade 4130 which is a steel formula designation indicating medium carbon content with strengthening alloys that contain manganese, silicon, chromium, sulfur, molybdenum, and phosphorus.
