    EN31 Steel<\/strong> is a quality High Carbon Alloy Steel which offers a high degree of hardness with compressive strength and abrasion resistance. Creative Piping Solutions Private Limited are well known EN31 Bright Round Bars and Rods Manufacturers, Stockists, Suppliers, and Exporters. We are only manufacturing from prime quality billets and blooms. The wide array of EN31 Round and Flat Bars which we manufacture for our clients are of high quality and these round bars are used for making machineries and OEM Auto components. These En 31 Hex and Square bars have been made keeping in mind the quality parameters which have been set by the industry in the market. EN31 Round Bar are always export and supply with the test certificates and can be supplied in bulk quantity as well as retail quantity as per buyers needs. EN31 alloy Steel round bars are supplied by us to various industries globally.<\/p>\n

    Tempering:\u00a0<\/strong>
    \n Heat uniformly and thoroughly at the selected tempering temperatures and hold for at least one hour per inch of total thickness.
    \n Annealing:<\/strong>
    \n Heat uniformly to 800\u00b0<\/span>C, equalise, then furnace cool. (Hardness about 229 Brinell).
    \n Stress Relieving:<\/strong>
    \n If machining operations have been heavy or if the tool has an unbalanced section, remove stresses before hardening by heating up to 700\u00b0<\/span>C, equalise, then cool slowly.
    \n Hardening:<\/strong>
    \n Heat\u00a0uniformly to 800\/820\u00b0C until heated through. Allow 30 minutes per inch of ruling section and quench immediately in oil.\u00a0
    \n Forging:<\/strong>
    \n Forge at 1000\u00b0<\/span><\/span>\/1050<\/span>\u00b0<\/span><\/span>C.\u00a0\u00a0Heat slowly, allowing sufficient time at the forging temperature for the\u00a0steel\u00a0to be thoroughly soaked through. Re-heat as often as necessary to keep the temperature above 850<\/span>\u00b0<\/span><\/span>C. After forging cool very slowly, preferably in a furnace.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>\n <\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
